Here is another "Marketing Expert" who is making a HUGE living on the internet, telling us the same thing as Our Mentor, Al Turnquist. You DO NOT need to where all of the hats in your Home Business, (Be an expert in a phases of your business) in order to make the big bucks.

"DELEGATE" In other words, surround yourself with the experts and let them do the work. This is how the CEO's in the corperate world do it. Your Home Business is no different. A friend of mine just called me out of the blue. I don't usually answer unscheduled incoming calls, but the phone was right there and I just got off a call 2 minutes ago, so I picked up the phone, and I heard afamiliar voice on the other hand.

"Dan, the man, how are you doing, this is Rick!"

"Hey, Rick, how are you doing? Haven't heard from you in a while. What have you been up to?

"Not much, I am in the process of buying a new company, done the due diligence, got the financing and everything in place, met with the seller and his team multiple times, just now negotiating the finer details.What have YOU been up to? What new projects are you working on?"

"What have I NOT been up to? Let me see, I am doing a BIG product launch on April 10th. I am doing a huge JVdeal with Dan Kennedy and Ted Thomas in May. I am working on 2 new ebooks, which I will release in 2007.

And I am starting 2 new companies, one will control a whole bunch of Yahoo Stores, one is another info-business targeting to advanced info-marketers. Another one of my companies is releasing a series ofDVDs in one of the niche markers in April. I am settingup a new massive portal site one of my other niches.

I am also involved with a business friend's newcompany, which I own a piece of, involved with a newtechnology.I am re-engineering my OWN website conversion business and setting up a new membership program this year. I am also planning to organize an advanced mastermind groupin 2007. I am looking at commercial real estate deals.I am coaching dozens of clients. On top of all this, I am also taking ballroom dancing and going to the gym 2 to 3 times a week".

"Man, how the hell do you get so much done? Are youworking 24 hours, 7 days a week?"

"No, In fact. Compared with before? I am working a lot less now. I've cut back my workload dramatically. I am working only 4 to 5 days a week and 7 to 8 hours a day now."
